We have a discussion every morning on the pending points. Simple, yet extremely effective. Most tasks were being done on time.
However, progress isn’t just about showing up daily, it’s about noticing patterns. We paused to ask ourselves whether our routines were truly moving things forward. That reflection made all the difference.
We realised that some pending tasks had been pending for a long time and we were ‘just chatting’ about these each morning.
So we used the principle – “Stop living on Autopilot”. As, doing work without analysis can lead to stagnation.
Now, over the last week, we have successfully reduced that long term pending list to a shorter version.
Ahh, the joy of using our simple management and coaching techniques on ourselves.
Wishing that all of you continue to use your own learnings. Cheers!

My latest shift has been to social media management.
We are having traction on our business through referrals, so all the planning about algo, patterns, and creativity on Social media felt unwanted.
But business today demands visibility, and not doing it seems absurd.
So, here we are posting, and seeing that Each day brings a little more clarity. Hoping we provide content that matters.
That’s where our next level of growth begins.

We had to set up a coaching meeting with one of our Velocity Forever program participants.
We called to confirm but did not get any response. No response even after 3 calls.
So we debugged ourselves by stopping the need to chase him. Also, stop overthinking such as
…. did he get value, are we missing something here?
A couple of days later he replied on his own.
Said he’d call us sometime during the coming Monday.
And guess what?
He called us exactly on the day he promised.
The meeting got scheduled and happened as per schedule.
Smooth and simple.
Debugging helps!
Happy debugging!

While coordinating with the Website team, the Operations team member focused heavily on pushing the work forward.
In doing so, her words came out sharper than intended.
What looked like a conversation about tasks was actually influenced by emotions she hadn’t fully processed.
We got into a huddle to debug this.
She realised that she had unaddressed issues about pending tasks with the Website team, which had spilt over to her tone during that particular interaction.
The team deserved clarity and respect, not emotional spillover.
She has promised to manage herself in such situations.
Debugging begins when we acknowledge, reflect, and then respond with awareness.
As a team, we continue using our own training and coaching parameters on ourselves.
We continue to debug life.
Happy Happy Happy!
That is what we get from our work.
